Overwatch - This is one of the best sniper rifles in the game because it has all of the best aspects of a good sniper rifle. It has a high damage stat, a decent rate of fire, and solid accuracy, which are all things that players want if they are going to use a rifle fairly often. On top of this though it also has increased reload speed, which makes using it to dispatch several enemies in a row very simple. Reload speed is one of the places that most rifles suffer, so this ability almost completely negates that problem. By far the biggest upside to this weapon though is that it comes with a silencer already on the rifle, but it doesn't impact its damage capabilities. This means that players basically have access to one of the most damaging weapons in the game, but it doesn't make a single sound to alert other enemies. Those who are stealthy and good at lining up shots quickly can effectively completely decimate whole areas full of enemies without ever being caught. This is the ultimate sniper rifle and one that should be acquired by those who want to make a stealthy Netrunner build or for those who are tired of getting found out while trying to snipe their enemies from afar. Collecting the Overwatch is also ridiculously easy as well though because all players have to do is save Saul during the course of the Riders of the Storm side qu
Yinglong - This weapon really doesn't have a very high damage stat, which means that a lot of players will probably reject it nearly immediately. If it doesn't deal high amounts of damage then what's the point of keeping it around? Well, the Yinglong does have a few very interesting abilities that make it perfect for dishing out damage against bad guys. For one it deals electrical damage against enemies, which makes it incredibly effective against cybernetic enemies. It also has a chance to shock enemies with every shot, which drastically increases the damage output. There is also a chance that an EMP round will detonate on impact which can help the player out considerably when dealing with cybernetic enemies. By far the best aspect of the Yinglong though is that it is a smart weapon, which means that its bullets will home in on enemies. This means that they will never miss their mark and will therefore deal out damage more effectively than some other weapons. This weapon can only be crafted, so players will need to pick up the blueprints from an enemy during a Suspected Crime activity in the Glen a
At higher levels, Cyberware can have three (or rarely more) stat modifier slots, and if V has something equipped in every available slot, this is an enormous boost to players' abilities . The second rank of License to Chrome grants an extra 40 Armor, which is handy but nothing too crazy, while rank 3 unlocks the extra Skeleton Cyberware s
While the Finisher: Savage Sling and Quake perks might not apply to ranged gun-wielders, melee players won't find much use for Spontaneous Obliteration or Rip & Tear. Be sure to check each of the best Body perks in Cyberpunk 2077 listed below for details on which builds each perk works best with, as well as what to expect from the sub-perks each is tied
Problem Solver - Much like the Yinglong, the Problem Solver looks like a pretty big disappointment upon first glance. Sadly unlike the Yinglong it continues to remain a pretty weak weapon compared to all of the other submachine guns. Its initial DPS is actually higher than the Yinglong, but it doesn't have any other advantages to help set it apart from other basic guns in the game. The only additional trait it sports is the chance to inflict bleeding, but that can be found on a bunch of non-unique submachine guns as well and some of those have a higher damage output to begin with. The biggest plus that this weapon has going for it is that it can be acquired early on in the game. All players have to do is pick the Problem Solver up from one of the enemies during the Riders On the Storm miss
TekWar is an old one from 1994 and much like most cyberpunk series and films, it's a cop drama, but with the added flavor of a cyberpunk world. The series his comment is here also a direct adaptation of the novels written by Ron Goulart. Hence, it features a futuristic experimental drug named

The best Technical perks in Cyberpunk 2077 include perks that increase the stat modifiers granted by Cyberware, increase charged weapon and item efficiency, and generally let players go beyond what their equipment would normally al
Fenrir - When it comes to submachine guns though the best option available to players is by far the Fenrir. This gun has better stats than just about any other submachine gun in the game and has a wealth of special abilities to bring down enemies more effectively. When using Fenrir players will be able to deal thermal damage to their enemies, but will also have a chance to light them on fire as well. With such a high rate of fire, this means that enemies will almost constantly be on fire while being shot at. On top of this as well the Fenrir has decreased bullet spread, which makes it much more accurate at longer ranges. The biggest downside to the Fenrir is that it has very high recoil, but with its other effects and attachments to correct the recoil it is an incredibly efficient weapon for nearly all situations. Players will find this weapon during the Losing My Religion side job where it will be near the man they res
